AIPU delivery one set oil sludge treatment system to jobsite yesterday to prepare on duty. It contains 4 sets mud tank, double deck shale shaker, decanter centrifuge, oil water separator, and pumps installed inside of mud tank. The oil sludge can be oil based drilling mud cuttings, oil slurry tank waste or oil pit waste. The whole system is mechanical separation and chemical separation both to help oil get red of solids and being collected by oil water separator.

Oil Sludge Treatment System Flow Line

1.  A fighter hoist sit in bottom of oil pit and transfer oil sludge from oil pit to mud tank hoper. There is a pulverizer installed after hopper to cut large materials into smaller ones for pump protection.
2. Hot water supplied to wash oil sludge and overflow to next tank compartment, there can be 2 or 3 same procedure to separate oil from sludge.
3. A pump will pick up mixed sludge and feed into double deck shale shaker to separate larger solids particles out and treated fluids mixture will be over flow to next tank compartment and floculent chemicals added to gathering fine solids and pumping into decanter centrifuge.
4. The solids separated by centrifuge will be separated out and water will be pumped back with heating machine to reuse hot water.
5. Shale shaker and hopper fixed on top of tank, other equipment will fix inside of mud tank and fast moving and installation.
