Mud tank system contains several quantity of mud tank, shale shaker tank with 2 sets single deck shale shaker & mud cleaner, mud mixing tank with mixing centrifugal pump and mixing hopper, suction tank with mud agitator, and tank attachments. AIPU is building a set of tank system for a ZJ30 drill rig for gas drilling. AIPU Solids Control supply customized tank system with customized tank layout and pipeline arrangement. The lead time of a set tank system can be 30 days to 60 days depending on specification selection and tank arrangement.

Mud Tank System Pipeline Arrangement

1.       Mud pump suction line arranged at all tanks with clean mud storage. The suction line is 10 inch line or 12 inch depending on mud pump capacity. There will be 2 or 3 suction line connection point out side of mud suction tank depending on mud pump quantity.

2.       Mud Mixing suction line arranged at all tanks with clean mud storage, the suction line is 8 inch line or 10 inch depending on mixing capacity.

3.       Mud Mixing discharge line arrange at all tanks in all clean tank, the discharge line is 6 inch on top of tank or inside of tank top.

4.       Mud gun line install on top of mud tank and at one side of tank square pipe, it is 2 inch or 3 inch size.

5.       Water line is setting opposite mud gun line and each tank compartment fit a water line point with gate valve, there is outlet on top of tank especial on shaker tank to flush tank equipment.
