Decanter centrifuge is designed to separate fine solids, hydraulic drive centrifuge is more suitable for different drilling conditions and power supply conditions. The hydraulic drives centrifuge bowl and centrifuge screw instead of electrical drive. AIPU supply different size of centrifuge with different bowl size and mud flow capacity.

AIPU Hydraulic Drive Centrifuge Specification

1.       Centrifuge Model: APLW356 x 1257 -FHD. FHD means hydraulic dryve, 356 x 1257 is the bowl diameter and bowl length, AP is the AIPU mark, LW is the type of centrifuge type.

2.       Bowl diameter: 356mm, Bowl length: 1257mm. The bowl and screw is made by stainless steel for material protection.

3.       Max bowl rotating speed: 4000RPM

4.       Standard bowl rotating speed: 2900RPM. The bowl speed and bowl size will help to supply suitable G force with certain centrifugal force for solids and fluids separation.

5.       Max mud flow capacity: 946 liters per minute. The mud flow capacity will be highly depending on mud conditions like density and viscosity.

6.       Drive type: Hydraulic drive. Electrical drive centrifuge is more popular because it’s convenient operation and maintenance. Hydraulic drive is more flexible and can operate without generater.

7.       Max G force is 3180G. The G force will help solids separate out from drilling mud by centrifugal force.

8.       Speed Difference: 52:01:00, the speed difference between gear box and screw will help solids discharge out.
