Helical bevel mud agitator is a high effective type agitator with small footprint. AIPU build all kinds of mud agitators with different type of gear box depending on price budget, working effective and footprint. Without special request, AIPU will supply worm and gear type mud agitator because it’s cost effective and good agitator performance. Helical bevel type gear is much more expensive, so it will be supplied only when client special request.

Helical Bevel Mud Agitator Configuration

1.       Electrical motor to supply power, the voltage and frequency supply as per quest like 380V/ 50Hz/ 3 phase, 415V/ 50Hz/3 phase or 460V/ 60Hz/ 3 phase.

2.       Shaft and impeller to agitate drilling mud, shaft length will be customized as per mud tank depth, impeller diameter is supplied as per mud density and viscosity as well as motor size.

3.       Helical bevel type gear box connect electrical motor and agitator shaft to reduce motor speed to 60 -72 RPM.

4.       Electrical control panel is an optional parts for agitator, the control panel can be supplied on agitator skid or without panel as per client request. The control panel can be supplied as per different specification like IECEX, ATEX, DGMS or other standards. All electrical is explosion proof with ExdIIBT4 mark.
