When the shaker is running, press the stop button of electric cabinet, then shale shaker will stop running tardily. Observe dots on side plate forming elliptical trails in shale shaker running, if trails rolling into the sand hole is right direction. Remove the vibrator shield, check whether eccentric block rotates outward. Replace any two phases of power inlet of electric cabinet, sprinkle some sand in the screen surface, the much faster for discharging sand is the right direction.

Cuttings accumulating on shaker screen will make screen broken rapidly, we should increase the vibration amplitude. By spraying water to flush screen and cuttings, reducing the viscosity of drilling cuttings, but this method is only suitable for the occasion that allows the water to be added. Adjusting screen angle down is beneficial for cutting discharging. But the needed items is that incorrect operation may lead to drilling mud overflow.

Check the mud property regularly for better shaker / screen operation. Clean the screen panels in time after every shut off. Training the operator for higher capability in job site.
