Mini shale shaker is special designed for diamond drilling for small mud flow capacity and minimum footprint. AIPU designed mini shaker satisfied with all diamond requirement. Cyclone can be installed to reach finer solids separation application to 15-25 microns separation point. The 3 or 4 panels shale shaker is well supplied into oil and gas drilling industry, The oil and gas drilling industry requires higher standard and a lot of quantities, so the majority of shaker suppliers supply shale shakers only meet oil and gas requirement.

Mini Shale Shaker Specification

  1. Shaker model: Hunter Mini-1, Hunter is the AIPU shaker name, Mini-1 means shaker screen quantity.
  2. Shaker screen: 585 x 1165 x 40mm size for shaker frame, composite material frame and steel material frame both can be supplied, screen wire mesh is stainless steel material extra fine wire, SS316 and SS304 materials for option.
  3. Linear motion for steady working, 2 sets vibrator motors installed on shaker deck, 0.4kw motor power to supply G force 6.6 – 7.0G, bolted onto shaker deck.
  4. Shaker deck is Q345 highs strength material, heat treatment to allow shaker deck high G force vibrating. The shaker deck bolted onto shaker skid with deck angle adjustment.
  5. Shaker deck is fixed +2 degree for better mud separating while vibrating. Shaker skid is carbon steel to supply a working platform. The shaker skid is bolted onto shaker tank for fast moving.

AIPU supply mini shale shaker for diamond drilling mud treatment, maximum 200GPM mud flow with a coarse mesh screen and 100 GPM mud flow with API 60 mesh screen. Other then the mini model shaker, AIPU supply 3 panels, 4 panels shale shaker as well as double deck shaker with 8 panels screen on shaker deck. The more shaker screens on shaker, the mud flow capacity will be higher. So model selection is very important as per drilling application, mud flow and solids separation size.
