The earlier design of dual motion shaker fix 3 sets vibrator motors, 2 of the motors working for linear motion vibrating and the 3^rd one will be used for elliptical motion by replace of the 2 motors.

Technical Features of Dual Motion Shale Shaker

1.      Update design of dual motion shaker by 2 sets of motor, 1 motor is VFD speed to set shaker linear motion and balance elliptical both by adjust one of the motors and controlled by electrical control panel.

2.      Vibrator motors and electrical control panel is explosion proof standard as per IECEX or ATEX or other required standard.

3.      4 panels of shaker screen installed on shaker for maximum 600GPM mud flow treating capacity at 40 mesh screen.

4.      Deck angle is -1°C to +5°C adjusted by mechanical screw, stainless steel showing angle of shaker deck.

5.      Buffer box design normally mud inlet on back to allow mud over flow into shaker deck to reduce mud speed.
