Desilter unit mainly removes 15~44μm solid phase particles in oil and gas drilling and is the main equipment in the solid control system. Different structure as desilter without downstream shale shaker, desilter with Hunter Mini shaker, desilter with Hunter MG3 shaker.

Mud desilter achieve effective the 3rd phase solids control. That mainly remove 15~44um solid particles. Desilter unit is the main equipment in the solids control system. It holds similar principle and operational way as desander. However, the separation point will be finer. Depends on clients requirement, it can be set to different numbers hydrocyclones.
