Vibrating shale shaker is design to separate drilling cuttings by vibrating shaker screen. The shaker screen will separate drilling cuttings by vibrating forth and solids discharge while fluids passed shaker screen mesh. The screen mesh size will be depending on shaker separate point. The shaker screen mesh may be blocked by similar size of solids while working. So there will be need water to flush shaker screen before shaker shut down or regularly to avoid screen block. Normally there will be clean water line on shaker tank and a high pressure water gun can connect the water line to flush shaker screen and other equipments.

AIPU build shale shaker with jet flushing system for option. The jet flushing system installs numbers of jet nozzle with ball valve and sit on shaker skid. The jet flushing system can connect with the water line on solids control mud tank or clean water tank with power supply by centrifugal pump. The jet flushing system is more convenient for shaker screen flush by open or close valve only.

Other than shale shaker, AIPU Solids Control supply a series of solids control equipments like desander with shaker, desilter with shaker, mud cleaner with shaker. All these equipments will be able to install jet flushing system depending on request. The jet flushing system is offered as an extra option. All solids control equipments is supplied as per factory specification and extra customized option may be able to installed after talk.
