How to equip and maintain mud gun?
Usually you can put the mud gun which works with stack sizer in the drilling fluid tank directly and connect the import flange with the its pipeline. The output of the sand pump should be connected with the its pipeline to provide the drilling fluid to the mud gun conveniently.
To maintain the mud gun and the stack sizer, the mud gun and the stack sizer have to be oiled every three weeks and the lubrication has to be added to the sealing part at least once. You should inspect the connection of the pipeline and the flange regularly to see whether the bolt is loose or not. If so, you should fasten the bolt in time.

Working mechanism
Drilling fluid under certain pressure and flow rate is taken into the mud gun by centrifugal pump, and spouts out through the jet nozzle, then it can be agitated and mixed by turning the rotary handle. It also can be used to clean out the deposited sand at tank bottom.
