Mud cleaner is the second class and the third class solids control equipment. It is combination of  desander, desilter and bottom shaker, at the same time mud cleaner has the higher cleaning function than single desander and desilter. In addition to the reasonable design process, it is more convenient than other equipment. Aipu mud cleaner structure is compact, it occupies small space and the function is considerable.

How to select drilling mud cleaner?

Mud cleaner is characterized by high wear-resistant polyurethane cyclone, which are all arranged combination. Hydrocyclone numbers will decide cleaner treating capacity. If under enough pressure of pump the 4″desilter cone can treat 12-15m3/h, while 10″ desander cone may treat 90m3/h. So in oilfield drilling system, based on actual treatment capacity of mud cleaner, we will choose different numbers cones to separate.

Under the enough pressure, the drilling mud will become a swirl in cones. The heavier fluid with particles will be sprayed out on bottom shaker screens. So choosing bottom shaker screen decide cleaning effect of drilling mud again. Nowadays, we commonly use flat shaker screen and corrugated shaker screen, frame shaker screen. Select adoptable shaker screen for yourself according to different conditions. For example, if you want to get larger treating capacity, the corrugated screen will be your best choice.

Every type has different features with treatment capacity, cone number, working pressure, dimension, weight and so on.
