Chemical reaction kettle is one of the main component for oil sludge treatment system. AIPU Solids Control built 2 sets of chemical reaction kettle for a local client. Both of the equipments passed all factory test that ready for delivery. The special design of agitating impeller help for a good agitating performance and chemical mixing performance. The main part of the chemical reaction kettle is a tank vessel design, impeller and a set of electrical motor with a set of gear box. The gear box connected with impeller and shaft to reach a agitating application.

Chemical Reaction Kettle Main Features

  • Special design of agitating impeller to reach a good agitating performance. The material of impeller can be customized depending on client request or chemical features.
  • Good seal of tank vessel based pressure vessel design requirement.
  • Heavy anti-crosive painting for chemical reaction vessel which is good for chemical contact and heavy weather out of doors.
  • The impeller agitating speed reaches to 80 – 120 RPM for better performance and good motor and gear box working performance.
  • There are check hole at top of the tank vessel and discharge gate for continuously working.

Oil Sludge Treatment System

Oil sludge Treatment system is design to treat oil sludge in oilfield. There are mechanical and chemical treatment to make solids particles treated with oil content bellow 2 percent. There is a 3 phase decanter centrifuge working at last stage to separate solids, water and oil. The oil can be collected and delivery away for further treatment and hot water recycled for re-use for the whole oil sludge treatment system. There are 4 – 5 tanks process for 5 – 10 M3/H flow capacity depending on requirement, the first and second tank mainly for chemical mixing and reaction. The third tank mainly for oil collection and flocculation. There is a set of 3 phase decanter centrifuge installed on last tank for final separate.
