500GPM CBM Mud Cleaning System Main Specification

1. 1 set of 500gpm shale shaker 3 decks or 4 decks screen depending on client request or budget amount.
2. 1 set of 500gpm mud cleaner with same shaker above, 1 set of 10 inch desander cone installed for 70 micron separation, 8 sets of 4 inch desilter cone installed for 20 micron separation. The solids out of desander & desilter nozzle will be drop onto bottom shaker for drying solids and over flow of desander & desilter cone will drop into 2 separate tank compartment.
3. 3 set of centrifugal pump sit on mud tank , 2 of the pump working for transfer pump feeding to desander and desilter cyclone. The third pump working for mixing mud and transfer to mixing hopper for mud mixing.
4. 1 set mud tank to allow equipments installation and mud storage.

1000GPM CBM Mud Cleaning System Main Specification

1. 2 sets of 500GPM shale shaker 3 decks or 4 decks screen depending on different requirement from end user or client.
2. 1 set of desander cleaner with 1 set of shale shaker installed 2 sets of desander cone. The solids out of desander cone will drop onto bottom shaker for drying, the over flow from desander will drop into second mud tank compartment.
3. 1 set of desilter cleaner with 1 set of shale shaker installed 12 sets of desilter cone. The solids out of desilter cone will drop onto bottom shaker for drying and over flow from desilter will drop into third compartment of mud tank.
4. 1 set of 40 feet container size of mud tank installed 3 sets of centrifugal pump and 1 set of mixing hopper.
