AIPU Drilling Waste Management- DWM System

Drilling waste management system ( DWM ) system is designed to treat drilling cuttings out of shale shakers on shaker tank. AIPU supply a complete system or separate equipment with special design mud tank or tank skid frame. It may contains high G dryer shaker, vertical cuttings dryer, screw pump, mud tank skid, mud agitator as well as electrical control panel. The equipment model selection and tank size will be done as per drilling cuttings treating capacity, job site space limit and well as cost budget.

AIPU Drilling Waste Management DWM System Specification

  1. 1 set of high G dryer shale shaker installed on mud tank for water based drilling cuttings treatment. The dryer is 4 panels for longer vibrating deck and higher G force to 8.0-8.5 for better performance and dryer cuttings production.
  2. 1 set of vertical cuttings dryer installed on mud tank for oil based drilling cuttings treatment. The dryer is 900rpm speed rotation with screen basket to allowed fluids content goes through. The dry solids drop unto bottom and fluids goes into the mud tank compartment.
  3. 1 set screw pump pick up the fluids treated by vertical cuttings dryer or high g dryer shaker will be pumping into decanter centrifuge for further process.
  4. 1 set of high speed decanter centrifuge installed on mud tank for recycling fluids and separate fine solids out. The centrifuge is 3200rpm speed for bowl and 40rpm speed different to discharge solids out.

The tank length for DWM system is 8 meter long to hold above equipment and make mud fluids circulation as per jobsite conditions. AIPU Solids Control system build customized mud tank and pipeline arrangement with butterfly valve. The equipment selection or model selection is flexible depending on job requirement.
