Vibrator motor is the power motor for oilfield shale shaker, linear motion shale shaker is the first set equipment in a solids control system , 2 sets of vibrator motor installed on shaker deck to supply high G force reaches to 7G, the 2 motors rotating in a opposite directions to balance some directions of power.

Vibrator Motor Specifications

1. Different brand of vibrator motor can be customized, the standard motor for AIPU shaker is Italian brand Oli but Martin, Itvibras or China brand of motors.
2. Different size shaker choose different power motor, 1.5KW motors install for 3 decks shaker and 1.72KW motors will be install for 4 decks shaker, 1.0KW motors install for 2 decks shaker.
3. G force can be adjust by adjust motor wedge on both end of motor, but please keep sure 2 motors on a same shaker should be adjust same.
4. Rotating speed of vibrator motor is 1450RPM at 50hz electrical power, the high speed rotation will help shaker get a vibrating strength.

Linear Motion Shale Shaker

1. Hunter MG4 linear motion shale shaker installed 2 sets of 1.72kw vibrator motor with G force 7.0G, it is 4 decks shale shaker with frame type composite material shaker screen for longer working life and 600GPM mud flow capacity at 40 mesh screen size.
2. Hunter MG3 linear motion shale shaker installed 2 sets of 1.5KW vibrator motor with G force 7.0G, it is 3 decks shale shaker with frame type composite material shaker screen same with hunter MG4 and 500GPM mud flow capacity at 40 mesh screen size.
3. Hunter Mini linear motion shale shaker installed 2 sets of 1.0kw motor and G force reaches to 6.5G, it is 2 decks shaker with frame type steel material shaker. Hunter mini shaker work at max 200GPM mud flow capacity at 40 mesh screen size.
4. All shakers screen wedge type installation.
