Solids Control Equipments List Deliveried

1. 2 Sets of linear motion shale shaker at 40 mesh screen for about 350 micron drilling cuttings separation. 7.0G force to help cuttings separation and discharge.
2. 1 set of desander unit with 2 pcs of desander cyclone sit on a mini linear motion shale shaker.
3. 1 set of desilter unit with 12 pcs of desilter cyclone sit on a mini linear motion shale shaker.
4. 1 set of middle speed decanter centrifuge for 5 – 7 micron separation at 40 cubic meters per hour capacity.
5. 2 sets of centrifugal pump for cyclone feeding and 2 sets of centrifugal pump for mud mixing with 2 sets of mud mixing hopper.
6. 8 sets of mud agitators for mud tank to help agitating drilling mud and avoid solids settling down.
7. 9 sets of mud gun for mud tank, 1 set will install on trip tank for mud transfer and others for mud agitating on tank corner to avoid solids settling down.
