AIPU Shale Shaker options for Shale Shaker Unit

1. Double deck or single deck shakers for options. The single deck shaker normal 3 or 4 panels screen. Double deck shaker options for heavy load of screen separation.
2. Shaker screen for composite material for option. The composite material screen is design for longer working life because the whole frame pressed into one piece to avoid steel frame hard welding questions.
3. The mud tank size is customized, normally it is a 4 – 6m long mud tank for small footprint. The tank size will be able delivery by container to minimum delivery cost.
4. Mud agitator installed to stop solids build up inside of mud tank. The size of agitator will be fixed depending on tank size and drilling mud conditions.
5. A set of centrifugal pump is installed for drilling mud transfer. A pump for 50 cubic meters per hour will be good for a whole unit.
