Mud cleaner is a combination of desander, desilter and bottom shale shaker. It is applied in drilling mud solids control system in oil gas drilling exploration to separate solids from drilling mud processed by shale shaker.

How to operate mud cleaner to ensure high efficiency work?

1. The correct installation and use of multifunctional cyclone cleaner can effectively remove harmful solid from drilling fluid, control drilling fluid viscosity, recovery of useful liquid phase. And also has important significance to reduce the labor intensity of workers and prolong the life of mud cleaner.
2. Drilling fluid into the mud cleaner must be treated by drilling fluid shaker. Connect to power supply and staring motor, we must notice the rotation direction of the motor should be same with the outside marked direction of the belt cover.
3. First, make shale shaker run without any load to check if it is normal, if found abnormal sound, we should be stopped for maintenance.
4. The multifunctional cyclone cleaner should be installed after shale shaker, placed in the No. 1 or No. 2 drilling fluid tank.
5. Tighten screen. First tighten screen, compress and tighten bolt. Compress screen by hand to suitable tension is ok, then try to run 2-3 minutes. The screen and the glue should not break off, and compress every bolt again. Check each spring to ensure its length should be the same.
6. In transportation by lifting machine, do not put the hard in the screen surface or trample screen.
7. Prevent debris from entering the cyclone, in case of blockage of the working flow of the cyclone and the destruction of the cyclone.
8. The discharge groove and bottom plate of shale shaker should be often washed with water to prevent scale of the bottom of the tank.
9. Use of underflow: The normal state of the underflow is “umbrella” with pressure at the end of the wet sand.
