Horizontal directional drilling ( HDD ) name as No-Dig or Trenchless drilling, The drilling mainly for underground pipeline arrangement to avoid stop tranfic, or damage ground. There will be 2 set of hdd drilling rig drill together at each end, so 2 set of mud cleaning system will be required for mud cleaning and mud mixing application. Each set of mud cleaning system to match one set of drill rig and mud pump. The whole set of mud cleaning system including 1 or 2 sets of shale shaker for first phase separation, desander  desilter or mud cleaner for second and third phase cleaning, decanter centrifuge for option, centrifugal pump for mud transfer, mud agitator for clean mud tank compartment, mud tank and other tank attachment including pipeline and valves.

Main Features Of HDD Mud Cleaning System

1. Normally no need for explosion proof electrical motors and control panels. The HDD drilling is non-explosion area, so the requirement for electrical is much lower than oil and gas industry.
2. Need very compact design for fast installation and transport moving, it’s better to keep all equipment on tank top for local transport but need keep sure all size within local transport limit.
3. It’s better to make the buffer box on top of shale shaker instead on end of shaker to keep sure all shaker sit on the tank width for easy transport.
4. Walkway and handrails of tank better can be folded on top or side of tank for transport, keep sure all fixed well without safety problem while transport.
5. Mud cleaner not a good option cause too high, many clients choose a set of desander and a set of desilter for better performance and lower the total height to allow local road transport.
6. Mud tank container size or design will be better to save tank size and maximum it’s mud storage capacity.
