AIPU Shale Shaker on site working start last month with good feedback. The shale shaker site on tank with shaker screen drying drilling cuttings. The shaker is a 4 panels model for longer deck for better drying performance. The dryer shale shaker is design to dry drilling cuttings our of solids control shakers at a coarse shaker screen.

Main Specification of AIPU Dryer Shale Shaker

1. 4 decks panel for longer deck, each panel 585x1165mm size or 700x1050mm size. The 585x1165mm size screen is replaceable with mongoose type screen.
2. G force 8.0 to 8.5 to help dry drilling cuttings dryer and faster discharge. The G force is adjustable by adjusting eccentric blocks.
3. Linear motion for steady working. There linear and balance elliptical type in the world, but linear motion is the most popular motion because it’s steady working.
4. Electrical control panel to start or stop vibrator motors on shaker deck. Main electrical components are SIMENS, Schneider or ABB international top brands.
5. Shaker screen can be sieve type screen or composite material for longer and dryer performance.

Equipments Commission On Site

1. AIPU supply equipments commission service on site. The main commission will including mechanical, electrical and on site test.
2. Shaker test:
3. Install shaker deck, shaker skid, vibrator motors and control panels together.
4. Check shaker locking and keep sure the locking is disconnected.
5. Locking shaker screen on shaker deck and keep sure screen is locking tightly.
6. Connect control panel to generator to get power supply.
7. Press “on” on the control panel for a short while, check if everything right. Check deck vibrating and keep sure vibration motion is correct.
8. Supply drilling mud or drilling cuttings onto shaker screen, adjust screen deck angle depending on performance, check shale shaker performance.
