AIPU HDD Mud Equipments

1. HDD shale shaker: HDD shale shaker is the first phase mud equipment to separate larger drilling cuttings by shaker screen. It is normally 2 panels or 3 panels shakers because of small footprint help for fast moving with shale shaker lock on top of tank for local delivery.
2. HDD mud cleaner: It is combined with shale shaker, desander and or desilter for fine solids removal. The bottom deck shale shaker is design to dry solids out of cyclones.
3. Centrifugal pump: The pumps can transfer drilling mud into cyclone for suitable pressure and mud feeding as well as for water pump or charge pump for mud pump. The pump sit on tank skid 2 or 3 in line to save space.
4. Mud tank: the tank size is customized depending on mud tank capacity. The mud tank can be divided into 2 or 3 compartment for mud intermediate storage.
