AIPU Solids Control built 2 sets of 1000HP rig solids control equipment for a Russian client before China Spring Festival, the both sets solids control equipment ready for delivery to Russia depending on client indication. The Russia client ordered equipments after 3 visits of factory on technical design, equipment production and final equipment factory test.

Main Configuration For 1000HP Rig Solids Control Equipment

1. 2 sets shale shaker for first phase drilling mud treatment, double deck shaker for better performance and more mud flow treating capacity.

1. 1 sets of desander unit to treat drilling mud after shale shaker. There is a set of mini vibrating shaker for dry solids particles out of desander cyclone nozzle.
2. 1 set of desilter unit to treat drilling mud after desander. There is a set of mini vibrating shaker for dry solids particles out of desilter cyclone nozzle.

1. 2 sets of decanter centrifuge for fine solids separate. One set of centrifuge is middle speed for 5-7 micron separation and high speed decanter centrifuge for 2-5 micron separation.
2. 5 sets of oilfield mud tank for mud storage and mixing. First tank is shaker tank with 2 sets of shakers, 1 set desander, 1 set desilter. The second tank is centrifuge tank with 2 sets of centrifuge installed and mud agitators. The third and forth tank are mud pump suction tank with pipelines and mud agitators. The fifth tank is mixing tank with mud agitator and mud mixers.
